The likelihood is that there are more gay Christians.
See, homosexuals make up about 10% of the population regardless of religious preference. There are currently about three times as many Christians as atheists, so there are most likely more gay Christians than gay atheists.
But then homosexuals are likely to leave Christianity due to discrimination, but it is unrelated to atheism, so the proportion of gay non-Christians is likely to be somewhat higher than gay Christians.
